How long until a Fable is installed at my panel?
Stock units ship within 48 hours. A field engineer can be on site within 3–7 days across South India, and 7–14 days for the rest of the country. We coordinate via WhatsApp and confirm the install slot before dispatch.

Do I need internet at the pump-house?
No. The Fable line runs all safety loops on-device, and the LoRa fabric carries control signals 2 to 3 km without internet. The HG IoT Hub bridges to the cloud only where you have it (Wi-Fi, 4G, or both).

What's the warranty?
Two years on-site warranty. If a device fails, an engineer is dispatched on a motorcycle within 48 hours. No call-centre tickets — your number connects directly to a field engineer in Coimbatore.

Can I control everything from my phone, even when I'm away from the farm?
Yes. Once the HG IoT Hub is connected to your Wi-Fi at home or in the office, you can start and stop motors, open and close valves, and check tank levels from anywhere — on the same phone you already use. No SIM card needed in the field.

How tough are the devices? Will they survive a monsoon?
Yes. Every enclosure is sealed against dust and rain, with surge clamps on every input so a nearby lightning strike or a bad transformer hit doesn't kill the device. We test in 45 °C summer ambient and dirty 3-phase supply before any device ships.
